About us
Casas da Biquinha are apartments with a privileged location right in the historic centre of Sintra, our apartments are all located very close to the Palácio da Vila.
Surrounded by several cafes, restaurants and shops.
We have studios and apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.
The apartments are well equipped with a bathroom, bedroom(s), kitchenette or kitchen (depending on the type), living and dining area. Free wi-fi internet access.
The kitchenettes/kitchens are equipped with microwave, stove or oven (only available in some of the apartments), toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and other kitchen utensils.
Booking and cancellation policies:
Check-in: Check-in is from 3:00pm and is not in person. On the day of check-in we will charge the total amount of the stay to the card with which you made the reservation, after the charge we will send you the check in instructions to enter, preferably via WhatsApp. If you prefer to be emailed the instructions please let us know. If you intend to make the payment in another way, please let me know before check in day.
Check-out: Until 11.00am..
A tourist tax of 2 euros per night per guest for up to 3 nights will be charged. It is charged from the age of 13.
If you want a crib for your baby up to 3 years old, you will be charged 10 euros per crib, per stay.
Cleaning is included and will be done every 2 days.
Any other service supplement, such as daily cleaning, must be arranged with Casas da Biquinha.
Pets are not accepted.
Non-smoking apartments
Cancellation of a reservation is free of charge up to 7 days before the day of arrival.
The stay will be charged if the cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival.
No-show is also charged the total stay.
